Synopsis

to a shocked public.

Why weren't fighter jets scrambled - were they
deliberately stood down? No, but the response of
air defences to news of the hijackings did show
"coincidences of great incompetence", according to
one contributor here.

So, one by one, the film unpicks the urban myths
that have thrived on websites and internet chat
rooms.
