stayed home to watch the ABC television series Long Way to the Top making
it the most successful television documentary series on Australian music
ever made.

In August 2002 Michael Chugg Entertainment and Jacobsen Entertainment
Limited produced and promoted the concert series Long Way to the Top in
arenas around Australia. Opening in Perth and then performing in
Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide, Wollongong, Newcastle, Brisbane, Sydney,
and then returning to Melbourne more than 160,000 Australian's attended
the 18 sell out concerts. The show was filmed at two of the four sell-out
concerts in Sydney Entertainment Centre on 14 and 16 September 2002.

show, covering three decades of live rock.

Starring Col Joye and the Joyboys, Lucky Starr, Judy Stone, Lonnie Lee,
Little Pattie, The Atlantics, Ray Columbus and the Invaders, Dinah Lee,
Normie Rowe, The Twilights with Glen Shorrock, Billy Thorpe and the
Original Aztecs, Kevin Borich (of the La De Das) and Max Merritt and the
