hooked to a digital receiver, that would be
well ... analog. There is nothing wrong with
analog captures, and we advocate groups who are
doing all of the tv shows, keep it up please.
All we ask, and the scene demands, is to label
your content accordingly.
PROPER REASON:
NoTV does CBR for the last segment in every encode that
they do. See sampledir for proof in .stats. What we don't
get is why lame groups are compelled to cheat? It just
doesn't make sense. NoTV does CBR for last segment, XOR
does their second pass of the first pass .avi. For fucks
sake ... are you groups that hard up for affils? Just do
the shows correctly and move on. Cheaters should be nuked.
