When Homer sparks a electrical blackout, Lenny, Carl,
Krusty the Clown, Barney, Duffman, Comic Book Guy,
Groundskeeper Willie and other city citizens go wild and start
looting Springfield's businesses. Chief Wiggum proves useless
in restoring order and commerce in Springfield is reduced to
vendors selling t-shirts proclaiming, "I survived the
Springfield Riot". Lisa discovers that her saxophone has been
stolen and Homer realizes he must take the law into his
own hands...
