Summary
This series investigates the bizarre claims of urban legends
and modern misconceptions about all manner of things, by
putting them to the test. Tonight, Adam Savage and Jamie
Hyneman check the best way of cooling a six-pack. The myth
goes that when soldiers wanted to chill beer quickly in
Vietnam they buried six-packs in the sand, poured petrol
over it and lit it. Along with this myth, Adam and Jamie
test a replica of an ancient battery and drop the newly
rebuilt Buster from a great height.
