New series in which 50 ambitious amateur cooks enrol at
formidable chef Rosemary Shrager's culinary academy in the
hope of becoming a professional chef. Each week, ten students
arrive at Rosemary's school to compete in daily elimination
challenges, leaving only one would-be chef left at the end of
the week. The weekly winners go through to placements in
Michelin-starred restaurants and earn the chance to win the
ultimate prize of a six-month traineeship in one of the
country's top restaurants.
