culinary academy have been whittled down to just six
semi finalists, who have now earned the chance to
improve their skills in a top professional kitchen.
Today, Jo and Chris perfect their skills at The Yorke
Arms in Yorkshire. Their performance will help
Rosemary decide who will go through to Friday's final
and still be in with a shot of winning the ultimate
prize - a six-month traineeship at a Michelin-
starred restaurant.
