PLOT SUMMARY
When the galaxy is in danger, this ragtag bunch of cosmic outlaws
is our only chance...whether we like it or not! The now-infamous
crew of rough-around-the-edges troublemakers embarks on a suspense-filled
quest across the Marvel Universe. Careening through the stars on
their trusty spacecraft, the Milano, the unlikely heroes Star-Lord,
Rocket Raccoon, Drax, Gamora and Groot must learn to stick together
if they're going to protect the cosmos from unruly interstellar
riffraff and mind-boggling universal threats. When our heroes
obtain the Spartaxian CryptoCube and discover a map leading them
to the Cosmic Seed, a powerful weapon capable of creating a new
universe...or destroying ours! The Guardians must find and destroy
the Cosmic Seed before it winds up in the hands of Thanos, his
minions Ronan the Accuser, Nebula, and Korath the Pursuer, the
Ravagers led by Yondu, or anyone else who would abuse its power!
