PLOT SUMMARY
Four weeks after Vance has tried to escape from Hakim and failed,
Gibbs is the acting director of NCIS, and Agent Torres is still
searching for Vance in Afghanistan but he can't find him, which make
them suspect that he is still in the US, which is true after Vance
and three others have robbed a bank in Virginia, where Hakim's money
was. Sloane suspects Deputy Ambassador Sybil Rigg knows more than
she tells, while Vance is forced to make a video on behalf of Hakim,
moments before two explosions at two strip malls in Cherrywood and
Salt Lake City. Vance has sent messages through the robbery and the
video which Kasie Hines has discovered about Vance's daughter Kayla.
