Weve container cropped, the rules are loosely worded such that
only cropping is required and the method used to crop isnt
implicitly stated that it must be re-encoded or denying
container crop. Its already agreed to in the v2 draft and would
prevent needless propers and encodes which degrade quality.
Container cropping is supported by most major media players which
would be windowed (the only time you'd notice). Lets be
serious, who is watching this content windowed anyway? We hope
