Location, Location, Location continues its new run - and
Phil and Kirstie really have got their work cut out for
them. With nervous sellers and demand for housing
outstripping supply, buyers are battling one of the most
difficult housing markets for a generation. Luckily the
dynamic duo are on the scene to show the way, and make
property dreams come true for househunters across the
country. This time Kirstie and Phil are in Hampshire with a
sailor looking for his first home, and a soldier who's about
to be made homeless. Former Naval Officer Colin Nugent and
wife Gillian are finally looking to drop anchor permanently.
During their 23 years of marriage, they've moved a whopping
12 times with the military. With Colin finally landing a job
on dry land, the couple are looking to live together full
time. Meanwhile, army captain Ian Bellamy will soon be
leaving the forces and is looking to find a new house and
start a new life with his girlfriend Diane Pittard.
