Alternation Week 3 version.
DVD is a shitty NTSC to PAL blendup conversion.
We ran a restore script that made it much
better but obviously not 100% perfect. One will
find some "bad" frames if one wishes to scan it
frame by frame. With no NTSC release appearing
any time soon we thought it's better than
waiting up for one.
For sizing we used 233mb as runtimes vary and
it compressed better at this size than at 175mb.
