rippers notes:
extras were not nicely sped up from 24fps to
25fps like the actual eps but frames were
blended in to reach PAL fps, so we needed to
restore the framerate. Some small parts of the
extras may have been originally 30fps so those
might not be perfect (they looked horrible in
25fps to since 30fps to 25fps is crap).
