A photographer torn between taking a plum overseas assignment and getting married, meets a strangely familiar little boy.
Janice finds a magic lamp at a garage sale. Rubbing it, she is whisked off to the wish bank, where
she is forced to endure restrictions and lots of paperwork to apply for her three wishes.
Eventually, as the bank closes, in frustration she wishes she had never found the lamp...and that's
exactly what happens.
