arrives and Frances, anxiously rehearses her
speech, determined to use the occasion to
re-stamp her authority.
Although she thinks Nada's decision to get the

the moon at the prospect of sitting alongside
her. Unfortunately the Minister is not remotely
interested in Frances or what she has to say,
