Plot outline
The Dog Whisperer follows well-respected animal behaviorist
Cesar Millan as he works to help dogs with behavior
problems, and their human families. These problems range
from excessive barking to behavior, that if not corrected,
could leave the owners little choice but to euthanize the
dog. Mr. Millan describes his work as rehabilitating dogs,
and training people. Dog owners can learn from him ways to
establish a balanced relationship with their dogs that will
help to prevent these problems.

Second volume of Season 4. WiDE brought you the first one.
They used 624x352 resolution with 160kbit audio, I don't
even want to know how that must look like... Guess that's
what the "Genre: Comedy" in the nfo refers to^^
Anyway, we went with a lower resolution, lower audio
bitrate, maximum quality tweaks in the codec and guess
what... It's still far from great looking, but at least you
can tell dogs from their owners (in most cases) :P
