EPISODE SUMMARY
Episode 3.09: Diggers
An old Digger bashed to death. Was it a burglary gone wrong?
In a community populated by haves and have-nots, could this
pensioner have been the unlucky target of a desperate thief?
But who would stoop so low to kill a pensioner just for a few
valuables?
Or maybe someone else is out to gain from this war hero's
fall? When a second burglary and death occur in the same
suburb, Homicide examines the connections and discovers a
community shrouded in secrets and lies. A tip-off points the
finger at a junkie, but just how desperate is this kid to pay
for his addiction?
Homicide find themselves under great pressure to solve these
cases. And as they start to question the blurred line between
self-defence, murder and self-preservation, they realise
there's more to these two deaths than meets the eye.
