Proper Notes.....: This is a proper of NGCHD and XTV's releases. NGCHD was missing footage from the beginning. Both groups'
releases were out of sync and had unnecessary ivtc of an NTSC source since they have a shitty PAL

Because of that, there are blended frames throughout each release and jerky playback. XTV, maybe next time
before you proper you should find out why the group you're propering was nuked instead of repeating the same
mistakes they did.
