Mockumentary series in which Australian comedian
Chris Lilley plays a host of characters, all
confronting various dilemmas facing young men in the
21st century. 17-year-old twins, Daniel and partially
deaf Nathan, live on a small farm with their widowed
mum, her new boyfriend and their younger siblings.
The twins have one ambition - to try and make
something of the farm - but they have the usual
shiftless adolescent obssessions of cars, girls and
hanging out with mates. Gran is a foul-mouthed, but
affectionate and well-meaning female prision warder
at Garingal Juvenile Justice Centre, who cares for
the boys as much as she cares for her collection of
guinea pigs.
