Doug reluctantly invites lonely Arthur to join him and
his buddies for a Friday night of beer and pool at their regular hangout.
Although the evening comes to a crashing halt when Arthur picks a barroom
fight, it blossoms into a huge success after Carrie shows her appreciation
to Doug behind closed doors. Guided by his libido and the desire to repeat
the loving thank-you, Doug becomes host and social director to Arthur, who
characteristically takes over guys'-night-out and unwittingly destroys Doug's
male-bonding refuge.
