Ripper Notes

- Thanks to ToF for doing the 1st 4 discs. There were
supposedly some probs with disc 5 in the Canadian R1
release -- it had the same content as disc 1 according
to Sony. I assume this is why ToF hasn't released this
disc yet, so here it is from the U.S. of A. with the
correct content.
- All extra features stripped to maintain decent video quality.
The extras are pretty funny, though, so go buy it if you
want to check them out.
