Germany's Werner Heisenberg, scientists and
long-time friends, were on opposite sides of
World War II. Heisenberg made a covert trip
at great risk to see Bohr and his wife in
Copenhagen, but the meeting ended in
disaster. Leading scientists and historians
examine that meeting in an attempt to
understand what happened.
