PLOT SUMMARY
After travelling the world, Dave and Si are back in the UK to
discover the best of British food, taking a tour through different
counties to meet the local people and find out the area's signature
dish. They jump on their bikes to visit local food producers to
hunt for their ingredients before cooking to an audience of locals
in their Mobile Kitchen, with the crowd invited to sample the
results and pass their verdict.
