After Iranian refugee Farid Mamood is burnt to death, it it
looks like a racially motivated murder as one of the
suspectsis a former soldier with strong opinions about the
Mamoods' arrival in the area. Burke believes there is another
motive behind the killing and that there is a more complex
case on his hands when a local drug dealer enters the mix.
