extravagant and surprising world of gypsies and
ravellers in Britain today. Picking up where the
hugely successful Channel 4 documentary, Big Fat
Gypsy Weddings - Series 1, left off, Series 2 expands
upon the first series, following up on areas
previously covered as well as looking into other areas,
including dealing with the challenges of marrying
utside the community and of  coming out' in the
gypsy world.

Able to dig deeper and explore areas not covered
reviously, the series uses the prism of
extraordinary rite-of-passage celebrations and events
- including weddings, communions, sweet sixteen
birthday celebrations and divorces - to offer a
window into the world of the gypsy and traveller
community and answer some of the more probing
