PLOT
Grounded in realism, tackling all the big issues such as sex,
drugs, racism, crime and growing up, Heartbreak High pulls no
punches, placing students Nick, Jodie, Con, Danni, Steve,
Rivers and friends in a day-to-day cultural melting pot.
In Series 3 Sam Robinson returns as a casual relief teacher
and stirs up all manner of controversy, Steve discovers he has
a long lost sister, Danielle gets hit by a car, Jodie's music
career begins to take off in a big way, a teacher's strike
inspires the party of the year and beloved Hartley High is
threatened with possible closure.

Episode 3.09
Jodie's infatuation with singer/songerwriter Tim Beckett is
shaken when the self-confessed alcoholic starts drinking
again. With the support of Mr Bell, Katerina convinces
Deloraine to let her sell healthy food to the students but her
initiative is sabotaged by competition from Con's upstart hot
dog stand. Andrew confronts Sam about her past affair with
Peter and confesses his own jealousy. Allie feels like she's
being shut out by her friends because of her involvement with
Matt.
