Sally and Ben stop a car belonging to violent offender Dylan
Morrison - and are shocked to find 12-year-old Liam Harvey
behind the wheel. The boy says he took the car to get back at
Dylan for threatening his dad. In the vehicle, the officers
find a briefcase which contains explicit pictures and a DVD of
minor celebrity Abigail Frampton. When questioned, her father
claims that she has gone overseas, but Stevie and Terry track
down Dylan - only to find him tied up and branded.
