Description...
Second Chance: It is New Year's Eve and Smithy and Mel are out
on patrol together when they are called to a nightclub where a
boy has been stabbed. Mel is horrified to find out that the
young man arrested for the attack is her brother, Jordan. His
girlfriend, Kelly, admits that the victim, Josh, had been
