Moving Target.
Heaton and MP Paul Sagger are shot at as they are driving out of the
hospital car park. The car seen speeding away from the scene is traced
to Alfie Ruiz - who admits under questioning that he is a private
investigator hired by Saggers' wife. Abdul Muntqim is found dying, and
an army badge next to him points to Derek Jacobs. Sagger is charged
with smuggling, but as he is led out of the station, he is set upon by
Jacobs - who is wearing a vest lined with explosives.
