there are no dvd's with the whole seasons, like it would be the normal case.
they just release some kind of special dvd's to various topics. maybe the whole
seasons never come as complete dvd boxes, for that reason we've decided to pre
the episodes from the existing dvd's.
info for the double episodes: they are in one .vob file at the original discs,
without a cut between them (which also means without outro from A and intro to B).
therefore we encoded them untouched as one file.
