Notes

We've numbered this season according to the DVD order. Air order on TVRage is a bit
different, but TVRage also leaves out "Holmes For The Holidays" special episode, so
this is the compromise we've come to.

Summary

After a couple with a leaky terrace fought their home builder for two years without
any avail, they called Mike Holmes to fix it once and for all. Mike demolishes the
existing terrace and rebuilds it with a water tight membrane and new decking.
