You'll see from the vobsample that the ivtc was done correctly.
4 frames out of 23 were duplicates so the resulting fps came out to
24.758fps. Were they trying to approximate 25fps? We have no idea.
There is about 5min towards the end that is suppose to be ivtc'd to
23.976fps but since most of the video is 24.758, we ivtc'd that section
the same way as the rest of the movie. We suggest getting SFM's
rip if possible since they used the old out of print dvd that doesn't
have this ivtc problem. All of our other Alien Nation rips however are
fine and ivtc'd to 23.976fps.
