P L O T []

The children of South Park are invited to Arkansas for the
'4 Million-Child Blow 2000!' the first world-wide recorder
concert. While chaperoning the trip, Mr. Garrison slips away
to visit his parents and confront the demons of his child-
hood. Meanwhile, Cartman is obsessed with finding 'the brown
noise,' a note on the recorder that causes people to lose
control of their bowels.

N O T E S

Ok, so Barbar's internals of season 3 were undersized at
only 480 x 352, used OGG Vorbis at 94kbps, and were
undersized at 140mb.  The PAL dvds were also pretty low
quality, which they mention.  So I guess this is a proper,
but we're not labeling it as such.  Enjoy this kickass
Season!
