When their father runs off with a girl who's not much
older than they are, Sophie (Sarah Foret) and Karen
Kerr (Torrey Devitto) drag their newly single mother

skipping school, but she gets even more upset when
Sophie invites her father to Brighton's Parent Night
and not her. Meanwhile, Karen gets a job working as an
