Welcome to the world of Water Rats! A compelling high-suspense

Early on a rain-swept morning, the detectives are called in to
investigate when a distraught security guard shoots a robber
escaping from a waterside warehouse. The robber turns out to be a
friend of Dave who sets out to prove the guard a liar. Hawker
attempts to disprove negligence on the part of the Water Police
in their handling of the search for two lost boaters.
