Due to there being 3 hours and 20 minutes of video and 5.1
audio, we couldn't get a bitrate above 2800. The commentary
track was left on as it's good entertainment and wouldn't
have helped much with the bitrate. The source was hard-
telecined, so was re-encoded with pulldown flags to reclaim
some of the possible bitrate.
