Release Notes

WAT didn't bother removing hard-telecine and as such only
managed a bitrate of 2.2mbit.  We took the time to fix this
and our release has a bitrate of 2.8mbit.

JMT released a MULTi version of this, however they incorrectly
encoded it as NTSC material and as such every fifth frame
is a dupe, wasting bitrate and causing jerky playback.
