EPiSODE SUMMARY
Having failed to locate Teyla, Sheppard returns to
Atlantis, only to find the city abandoned and all
systems dead. What's going on?
In the final episode of the Fourth season of Stargate
Atlantis, Lt Colonel Sheppard returns home to Atlantis,
disheartened by another unsuccessful search for Teyla.
But something in Atlantis isn't right. The city has
been abandoned; its systems are dead and instead of the
ocean surrounding the city, there are rolling sand
dunes as far as the eye can see.
A significantly older looking McKay appears in the form
of a hologram and bearing devastating news. Sheppard
has been sent over 40,000 years into the future and
everyone he has ever known is dead. But McKay has a
plan to send Sheppard back to the present and reverse a
future that went horribly wrong. But with a catalogue
of risks accompanying the plan, can Sheppard
successfully complete his mission?
A stunning finale.
