PLOT

The  Ghost Squad  was an  undercover unit  formed to  investigate
police  corruption.  After  complaints  from  officers,  it   was
officially  disbanded  in  1998  but  rumours  of  its  existence
continue...

Tense, urgent and gripping, new  cop drama The Ghost Squad  deals
with the murky morality of policing the police.

Each episode features the undercover internal investigation  team
stamping out  corruption within  police ranks.  But this  isn't a
world of heroes  and villains, cops  and robbers. Here,  everyone
carries a badge.

Despite  her good  record, Community  Safety Unit  officer Sarah
Houghton falls under suspicion  when it becomes clear  large sums
of  money  are  being laundered  through  her  account. Amy  soon
discovers Sarah is the  black sheep of her  chauvinistic station,
where the  head of  the Serious  Crime Unit  seems to  be at  the
centre of a web of corruption - and the only way to get close  to
the villain is to betray the trust of a good friend.
