intervene in the swarming of Daniel (Keir
Gilchrist), a street kid, Toby worries he's
mixed up with some bad elements. Determined to
help, he appeals to him with some of his own
past experiences. But as he gets closer to the
truth about Daniel's involvement in a series of
pharmaceutical heists, Toby discovers that
