can go abroad to receive the treatment they require at the expense
of the National Health Service. The presenter takes four people
who are waiting for hip or knee replacements to Belgium, where
the operation can be carried out almost immediately. He also
meets a cancer sufferer whose private health insurers have
stopped paying for him to receive a drug alongside his
chemotherapy
