Hopefully this fixes the major issues present in our last rips.
We tried to clean this up and get rid of the interlacing and dupe frames where we
could. At the end of the day though, the source was what the source was. It's unlikely
there will be a better retail release of this show any time soon.

Summary
When Charles Underhill was a boy, he was tormented by neighborhood bullies. When his
