PLOT
Medavoy tells Donna that he's caught his wife in the act of
being unfaithful, so he is moving out. Racial hostilities
flare up after Martinez shoots a belligerent black motorist
who draws a gun on Medavoy, but the gun is missing.
Distressed by recent events, Licalsi searches for direction
, John points her to his friend, Father Downey. After
talking with him, she then confesses to Fancy that she
killed Angelo Marino and his chauffeur and then the circus
begins. Sipowicz tries to attend an open meeting.
