Als Rebecca Crowley um Hilfe bei der Suche nach ihrem Bruder bittet,
nimmt Brooke den Fall auf, obwohl sie wei , dass Richard Crowley seit
siebzehn Jahren als tot gilt. Dies wird ihr auch von Army Major Catherine
O'Malley bestätigt, in deren Elite-Einheit Crowley damals diente, um einen
bolivianischen Drogenring zu sprengen. Doch Brooke findet heraus, dass
Crowley nicht gestorben ist, sondern vom Militär gesucht wird, weil er in
Bolivien einen Mord beging
