Release  Notes

ESPN at the bottom of the screen has a sports scores
semi-transparent graphic overlay that scrolls at
29.97 FPS. The real content (the poker) is only 23.976
FPS. Because of the overlay even a real content dupe frame
has a large amount of change and decimate now and then
chooses the wrong frame to drop. When this happens a dupe
is left in and a good frame is dropped which causes jerky
motion on the real content. Anyway enough poker lovers
complained so I decided to do special scripting for this
show. Can't race with this but it does isolate the real
content so decimate can make decisions based on only the
poker and thus decimate does a better job.
