Notes
The DVD this came on has some obvious production problems. Several of the episodes
are plagued with ghosting. We're marking these "bad" episodes as internal in the
hopes that better quality versions will replace them if/when a season set comes out
in the future.
Still, we thought it would be best to have something until then.
Summary
Pops is trying to satisfy his childish mind by catching butterflies, drawing, and
playing with toys, but is constantly being disturbed by Benson's yelling at Mordecai
and Rigby. After Benson scolds them for contemplating the word "hos", Pops gives
Benson a three-strike system, with the result being him getting fired. Without
Benson to scold them, Mordecai and Rigby slack off even more, but Benson caves in
and yells at them. In an attempt to control his anger, Benson listens to anger
management tapes, which remind him of his family's dysfunction. He keeps all of his
anger bottled in, and soon begins a meltdown, consisting of him being levitated into
the air, surrounded by fire. The park starts to get destroyed, and Benson is forced
to let out his anger in a speech consisting of nothing but insults to Mordecai and
Rigby. After all of his anger is released, the park stands, but Mordecai and Rigby
end up deaf.
