Release notes:
This is NOT a screener, but the entire set of footage contains a watermark in the
upper right which would be nuked if I didn't tag as SCREENER.

Hybrid source - the PNG shows location with good crop.

"Phantom.Puppets.Interviews" and "Rock.Power.The.Documentary" were both released
on different dates with different titles, but contain identical footage and watermark.
Both are retail DVDs and even available on Netflix.
