SOrry for the delay, just noticed that r00 was missing. Not sure how that happened
as r00 existed and sfv *.r was used.

The W4F release is 25 fps, which means half the frames are missing. We don't have
access to their argentina source sample but bob deinterlacing aka double rate
deinterlacing is common in modern deinterlacers and it should output 50 unique
fps. It has with bbc live events in the past. TV's output these cases at 1080p50.

A few examples of bob deinterlacers:
yadifmod(mode=1,edeint=nnedi3(-2)) for very high quality
yadif(1) for decent quality
