Tracy Lynn Allen a care giver and devoted mother who collected
Indian art had recently left a volatile marriage to Garland but
remained close to her ex-spouse. Early evening one day in May 2001,
Tracy went out for the night, her neighbor babysat. Garland arrived
at the house were the girls were staying and said that Tracy had
sent him for the children. Within 3 days Garland surrendered custody
of his children to his mom and left town. Neither Tracy or Garland
were seen ever again.
Only took 8 months after capping to release. :/

W4F GROUP NEWS
W4F is one of the oldest TV scene groups. We pride ourselves in
releasing a diverse mix of television programming from around the
world ranging from documentaries to sports to reality tv. We release
purely for fun.
We are actively interested in finding individuals who would like to
join the W4F family. We are interested in those who can capture
content from the US, UK, other EU countries, Canada and AU.
Potential recruits will preferably have the ability to receive
digital TV broadcasts and some knowledge of digital capturing such
as HDHomeRun, Ceton, Set-top box (STB) firewire output, Dreambox HD
or similar, HD capable DVB card, etc.
From time to time we are also interested in hearing from site
owners who are interested in affiliating W4F. We are looking for
private links with archives.
W4F has nothing to do with torrents/p2p so don't ask about that!
