Notes
Present on the BluRay were a series of extras. The extras fall into these categories:
* Actors remember scenes/epsiodes/etc
* Awards clips
* Cast make cameos on other shows
* Audio commentaries
The extras were not available in HD, so there's no additional packs coming up. Sorry.
All extras were cropped to the widest frame, and were cleaned up as best we could.
Some will be crappier than others. CRF is consistent except for the Emmy Award clips
which required a higher CRF to get the bitrate down.
Special note about The.Dick.Van.Dyke.Show.S04.EXTRAS.DVDRip.XviD-RUNNER is that it
only contains "The Dick Van Dyke Show Remembered", which is included in this set.
